REFUND POLICY

At Kenta Studio, we want our members to feel safe and respected when sponsoring access to our content. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for your subscriptions and purchases.

1. General Refund Principle

Kenta Studio offers both auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly and Annual plans) and one-time purchases (Lifetime plan).

  • As a courtesy, Kenta Studio offers a 3-day unconditional refund window from the time of your initial purchase or subscription charge.
  • After this 3-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • All completed payments outside of this 3-day window are considered final.

2. 3-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund for any initial sponsorship or subscription payment within 3 days (72 hours) of the transaction date, for any reason.

To be eligible for a refund, your request must:

  • Be submitted within 3 calendar days from the time of the charge.
  • Be sent by the account owner.

If your request is received after the 3-day window, we will not process a refund, but you will retain access to the content until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Subscription Cancellations (Auto-Renewals)

For our Monthly and Annual plans, your subscription will automatically renew via PayPal at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your PayPal account.
  • Alternatively, you can use our Cancellation Request Form (see section 4).
  • Cancellation is not a refund. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be billed again, and you will retain access to Kenta Studio until your current paid period expires. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a refund (within 3 days) or to cancel your upcoming renewal, please use our dedicated form:

Once we receive your request via the form, we will review and process it within 1-2 business days.

  • If approved for a refund: The refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or PayPal.
  • If requesting cancellation: We will ensure your auto-renewal is turned off, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact us first by submitting the form above or emailing support@kentastudio.net so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Initiating a bank chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could affect your future access to Kenta Studio services.
