REFUND POLICY

At Kenta Studio, members purchase access to digital content (articles and videos). Because digital content cannot be “returned” once delivered, all payments are generally final, with a limited goodwill refund window described below.

1. General Refund Principle

  • All successful payments for the Monthly Plan, Annual Plan, and Lifetime Plan are considered final.
  • As a courtesy, Kenta Studio offers a 7‑day refund window only for the initial charge on the Monthly Plan.
  • After this 7‑day period has passed, no refunds will be issued, except where required by applicable law or in clear cases of billing error, duplicate charge, or fraud.

2. 7‑Day Refund Window (Monthly Plan Only)

You may request a refund only for the first payment of the Monthly Plan within 7 calendar days of the transaction date, for any reason. This 7‑day refund window does not apply to the Annual Plan or the Lifetime Plan.

To be eligible for a Monthly Plan refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the time of the initial Monthly Plan charge.
  • Your request must be submitted by the cardholder or owner of the payment account.
  • The transaction must not be associated with obvious abuse (for example, clear misuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity).

If your request is received after the 7‑day window, we will not be able to issue a refund and may instead provide guidance on how to cancel future Monthly Plan renewals.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@kentastudio.net with the subject line: “Refund Request – Kenta Studio”, and include:

  • Full name of the purchaser
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Last 5 digits of the credit card (or other identifying payment details, if applicable)
  • Approximate date and time of the transaction
  • The plan and amount (e.g., Monthly / Annual / Lifetime and price paid)
  • Any additional details that can help us locate your payment (e.g., invoice or transaction ID, if available)

This information is used solely to locate and verify your transaction and to process your refund request.

Once we receive a complete request, we will review it and typically respond within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method only. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Renewals and Recurring Charges

This refund policy primarily applies to the initial payment for the Monthly Plan only.

For recurring rebills on the Monthly Plan and all charges on the Annual Plan:

  • Refunds are generally not provided for renewal charges, except in clear cases of billing error, duplicate charges, or confirmed unauthorized/fraudulent transactions.
  • You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date if you no longer wish to be charged.
  • Cancellation instructions are provided in your welcome email and/or in your account settings.
  • After you cancel, you will retain access to your content until the end of your current billing period; no partial‑period refunds are issued.

5. Lifetime Plan Refunds

  • The Lifetime Plan is a one‑time payment that provides long‑term access to member content for as long as the service is offered.
  • The Lifetime Plan is not covered by the 7‑day Monthly Plan refund window and is generally non‑refundable after purchase, except where required by law or in clear cases of billing error, duplicate charge, or confirmed fraud.
  • If an account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, abuse, or fraudulent activity, no refunds or prorated value will be granted for the Lifetime Plan.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us first at support@kentastudio.net so we can investigate and resolve the issue directly.
  • Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access to Kenta Studio services.
  • Where appropriate and lawful, we may provide documentation to the payment processor or bank to demonstrate the validity of the transaction and the services delivered.
