At Kenta Studio, we want our members to feel safe and respected when subscribing to our content. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for your subscription purchases.
1. General Refund Principle
- All successful subscription payments are considered final.
- However, as a courtesy, Kenta Studio offers a 7-day unconditional refund window from the time of each initial charge.
- After this 7-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. 7-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund for any initial subscription payment within 7 days of the transaction date, for any reason.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must:
- Be submitted within 7 calendar days from the time of the charge.
- Be sent directly by the cardholder or account owner.
If your request is received after the 7-day window, we will not be able to process a refund and may instead guide you on how to cancel future rebills, if applicable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@kentastudio.net with the subject line: “Refund Request – Kenta Studio” and include the following information:
- Full name of the purchaser
- Email address used for the purchase
- Last 5 digits of the credit card used
- Approximate date and time of the transaction
- Any additional details that can help us locate your payment (e.g., subscription plan, amount, or invoice/transaction ID if available)
We use this information solely to locate and verify your transaction and to process your refund.
Once we receive a complete request, we will review it and typically respond within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method only. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Renewals and Recurring Charges
- This refund policy applies primarily to initial subscription payments.
- For recurring rebills, refunds are generally not provided, except in clear cases of billing error, duplicate charges, or fraud, which will be reviewed individually.
- You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date if you no longer wish to be charged. Cancellation instructions will be provided in your welcome email and/or account settings.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact us first at support@kentastudio.net so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could affect your access to Kenta Studio services.
